Welcome
We are so excited for you to join the Seven Oaks Marlins! Our team is made up of around 300 swimmers from ages 4-18, all of varying swim abilities. From new swimmers to experienced year-round competitors, we are one united team. Our number one goal at Seven Oaks is for children to grow a love for the sport and continue to swim as Marlins for years and years to come!

What does my child need?

Swim Suit: We have a designated team suit that you can purchase through Kiefer Aquatics (All American Swim Company). It is a black suit with a green marlin. While we love for swimmers to compete in this suit, it is an optional purchase. Children can wear whatever suits they feel comfortable in at swim practice and swim meets.

- Goggles: We highly encourage all swimmers to wear goggles.
- Cap: We highly encourage all swimmers to wear swim caps, especially at swim meets! At the beginning of the season we provide one free green latex cap to each swimmer, but you are welcome to purchase more or buy your own. For team spirit purposes, we want all swimmers to wear green caps at swim meets!

Practices
Though we start the season with just afternoon practice, we start to offer both morning and afternoon times once traditional schools get out for the summer. We offer many practices for your convenience. We do not take attendance, and you can come as often or seldom as you wish. Obviously, the more you come to practice, the better swimmer you will become!
Swim Meet Overview
First, we have Time Trials, which is a practice swim meet with just our team. This is an opportunity to collect initial times for our swimmers, which we will use to build the lineup at subsequent meets. We have six dual swim meets (three home and three away) on Tuesday nights. There is also the TSA Championship at the end of the season, which is invite only. Please see our Swim Meet 101 tab for more information.
Swim Lessons
All of our swim team coaches provide private swim lessons. Please contact the coach you would like a lesson with to schedule.
